everyone, meet taylor! she’s turning 2 this year. when her mom, ashley, contacted me about taking photos she told me taylor might be a little shy of the camera. so before they came to meet us, ashley decided to make a big deal about it – take a bath, put on “makeup,” and talk it up! something must have worked, because she was all about some time in front of the camera!

here’s the whole family, cute as can be – kevin, ashley, and taylor.

too adorable!

and one more of ashley + kevin!

we like to tell clients that we capture personalities instead of just posing them and taking a photo. when we received the following message from ashley, we felt like our brand was following through with exactly how we wanted it to be perceived :
“I LOVE the pics Allie!! You and Chris are so blessed with such an amazing talent!! I can’t tell you how happy I am with everything! Now the hard part – deciding what I want, in what sizes. Your pictures make me want to cry!!! I am beyond pleased – I’m beyond thrilled! You captured Taylor’s little personality in all the pics. Love them! When I let her look at her pics on the computer she kept asking “where’s allie and chris?” !!!
”

kevin, ashley, + taylor : thanks for spending some time with us on sunday. you’re such a cute family and we hope to see you again sometime soon!
okay, people… heather is the great twitter buddy ever, and her man loves baseball. pretty much the perfect couple in my book. we shot at berry college, but i do believe we got lots of fresh pictures. oh girls, get ready for the greatest kiss ever. guys, i’m sorry… jeff takes the gold for the best kisser. seriously, you’ll know when you see it. such emotion, such love, and so dang sexy!

are these good looking folks or what!

oooo…. they are awesitting! awesitting you ask? yeah. webster definition is “awesome people, chillaxing and sitting.” i’m sorry that was lame. anyways, are they watching tv?

i told them to try not to hug or kiss for a minute.

let’s just say they failed miserably

is this a postcard or what?

a view through jeff’s eyes.

hey isn’t that the set from “remember the titans?”

dude, i’m a dude but… you look great in this shot!

what he staring at???

water… what am i going to ask them to do next?

you guessed right.

i just love this couple, so much fun to be around.

as they say on “so you think you can dance”… hot tamale train!

okay, so i warned you… all you girls will want to be kissed like this, and all you guys need to go back to the mirror and practice making out with your hand. bow chicka bow chicka bow chicka wow wow!

playball, let’s go braves!

the greatest baseball ever.

how cute. jeff is wearing heather’s number. haha. just kidding. jeff plays baseball and heather got a matching shirt made.

okay round two of the bow chicka wow wow! perfectly good bleachers and a couple that can’t keep their hands off of each other. you do the math.

thanks again heather and jeff, looking forward to your big day!
chris + allie.
i’ve known mitch and jennifer a long time. mitch was my youth pastor at church when i was in high school. i remember riding back from youth camp in the church van while mitch and jennifer were sitting in the front as me and my friends prepared them for children – “mom, are we there yet?” “dad, i have to go to the bathroom.” “mom? mom?” “dad, dad.” and every once in a while, someone would just scream at the top of their lungs. i’m sure we probably did it longer than we should have.
that was probably ten years ago. and now… they have a beautiful family of their own!

i’m so glad we prepared them so many years ago… they’re amazing parents now!

these are the most precious little boys you’ll ever meet. daniel, gabriel, and john mark.

the result of telling them to tickle each other? grass stains at the very beginning of the session. oops! thanks photoshop!

love this!

mitch and the boys

jen and the boys

boys will be boys!

they did anything i asked them to, they were so great!

and of course i had to get mitch and jennifer by themselves.

mitch, jennifer, gabriel, john mark, and daniel : thank you so much for letting me spend a few hours with you! you have such a beautiful family and it was an honor to be able to capture your love.
