awesome photographer dale benfield of benfield photography put together a video he made of our photoshoot outside of red rocks. dale is such a great guy. he’s a fellow [b] schooler and has been super helpful in giving us input on senior photography. plus, he has great taste in music. :)

last, but definitely not least, for the neon graveyard four-part post is jessica and her boyfriend, dustin. we got some amazing photos out of them – the way she worked the camera… the way he looked at her… all of it was just perfect. check it.
we caught a glimpse of what jessica was wearing underneath her dress and had to get a photo, of course!

we captured so many amazing moments between jessica + dustin, but this one… i mean, really. look at the way he’s looking at her! doesn’t that make you want to melt??

Jessie was on hand again for us to shoot… this time in a wedding dress amongst huge neon signs! You might remember her from this post.

What a killer look!
At one point during the shoot, Jessie stood in this spot below and all of a sudden you heard a million shutters going off at once. You know you’re working it when you hear that! :) The sun was brilliant.

when we found out we were going to vegas for wppi, we knew we had to shoot at the neon graveyard. we asked if anyone was interested over at the [b] school and got an overwhelming response! so chris went to work and planned a huge photo shoot with 7 models and around 50 photographers!
on the day of the shoot, we learned that the neon museum is a non-profit organization. their collection ranges from the 1930s to today. the weather couldn’t have been more perfect, the models couldn’t have been more awesome, and the photographers couldn’t have been any nicer! it was so much fun getting to meet and shoot with everyone. we took so many photos that we’ll be doing a 4 part post for this shoot, so keep checking back this week.
featured first is shannon. she had her hair and makeup professionally done before the shoot and it looked wicked!
thanks to shannon for coming out and enduring the cold weather – even though it was beautiful outside, i’m sure all the models were freezing!
